• 100% accuracy of translations
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Support for all dialects or regional variations
• Perfect handling of technical, legal, or medical terminology

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

While basic translation features may be available without an account, creating an account provides access to additional features such as translation history, synchronized settings, and premium services.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Uses

Basic translation features are provided free of charge with certain limitations on usage, features, and functionality.

Premium Services

Premium features may include:

• Ad-free experience

Billing and Refunds

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days at $3.99
• Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days at $9.99
• Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days at $39.99
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in iTunes Account Settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion or as required by applicable law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Prices may vary by country and are subject to applicable taxes

7. Advertising & Revenue Model

Google AdMob Integration

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect and process certain data to provide relevant ads:

• Device advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device information and operating system
• App usage patterns and interaction data

10. Disclaimers

Translation Accuracy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Translator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from translation errors or inaccuracies
• Costs of substitute services or products

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the application.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

• Continuing to provide services would pose a security risk

Effect of Termination
